Paralives Colour Wheel & Character Creator Teaser

New video previews character accessory customisation

A new teaser video has appeared on the official Paralives social media channels which gives players a taste of what to expect from the Paralives character creator. While the Parafolk are nowhere to be seen, the developers have shared with us how the much anticipated colour wheel feature can be used on character accessories such as headphones.

As seen in previous videos, it is demonstrated that there can be multiple colour and pattern channels on objects and it is now confirmed that this feature will also appear in the character creator. It seems players will be able to finally enjoy true customisation features in a life sim, once again.

Speculation: First fictional brand spotted?

Take a closer look at the side of the headphones. Is that a pear logo? Developers have already mentioned that any brands that appear in the game will be fictional. The first time we saw the pear logo appear was on the in-game computers seen here.

Back when Paralives was first announced, many American fans seemed keen on the idea of “pears” being seen somewhere in the game’s branding. This may be due to the fact that many people pronounce Paralives like “Pear-a-lives”.

Regardless, it is nice to see that the developers are taking note of fan discussion.
