    The game will probably have modern ways for Parafolk to communicate with each other. Calling, texting, social media etc. I would like to see some traditional methods as well. What if Parafolk could send each other handwritten letters or packages? They could then take the letters to the post office or give them to the mail person when he/she passes by. It would take some time before the mail is delivered depending on how far away the Para lives. When the mail is received there will be an animation for it and relationship will go up or down depending on the type of mail sent. A letter could be read and then after put away to look at again later, shown to others, thrown in the trash etc. Whatever the package contained can be actually used by the Para. For example if they receive a book, they can add it to their book case and read it.

    Speaking of packages, it would be great if packages could also be sent by companies. For example what they ordered via online or catalog shopping or samples to review by Parafolk who are social media figures.

    Any thoughts?

  • I hope we’ll be able to do things like that as well. Sending letters could also lead to a pen pal system down the line.

  • I’d love to be able to send packages and letters to other paras locally definitely something that’s never been done before. Would the letters have different types? Like love,friendly,mean etc? i like the idea of pen pals too maybe finding one on the internet and maybe by applying for one by mail too? Then they could get to know each other and meet later if they choose.

    Omg i’d love to see little trucks riding around town like the FedEx or UPS trucks but giving paralives its own equivalent with their own company logos on them delivering items to paras and have them sign for them <3. Itd be cool if we can buy things from other paras that are for sale online as well and send it off in the mail to them.

    For traditional methods: being able to have answering machines if no one’s home, public pay phones, 24/7 same day letter courier services.

    • Yes, different types of letters. They could improve the relationship but also worsen it. It would also depends on how the Paras already feel about each other.

      • Oh okay I like that it’d have the ability to cause the relationship to suffer as well as improve it! It’d be so cute to send secret admire letters and reveal their identities, and reveal life changing secrets to others anonymously.

  • I think this idea is really interesting. like when a teenager falls in love for the first time, that they send a love letter to the person or maybe they put it in the locker of their crush like a secret admirer, which could provide a little storyline.

    • Crossing fingers for open school just for the locker letters! Lol. Imagine if we could have them ask to meet them at a place at a certain time in the letter and decide to take the opportunity or not

  • I kind of hoping for landline phones and pay phones to be options for paras to use if they don’t have cellphones
