Hi! Sorry I’m late to answer, but active careers, and therefore schooling, is unlikely to be in the game at launch. They could be added in later on, but it’s not confirmed. So I can’t say if you’d be able to modify the look of the buildings or not, but it’s unlikely that you could go with them at first 🙂
Carpool and buses are also not confirmed as of now 🙂 -
Hi I love all the idea about schools, but I would like to have the option to not have to send my kids to school. In the sims 4 they are gone from 8 to 3 and then home work, so I do not get a chance to really play with them. In Sims 3 I just delete all schools, I hope that we will have the option
I would like to see ideas to do many things with the kids if there is no schools. Like learning something at the library, or learning Art, writing, Hands on things, Learning from their parents, Home Schooling even.
This is one important reason I do not play sims 4. besides teens looking like college kids. Well thanks for listening. Can’t wait for this game. -
It’s too bad we likely won’t have active schooling. But I hope we can at least get a few different types of schools. Public, private, art, prep, etc. They could all function essentially the same, just with different assignments here and there. Maybe different uniforms.

All I want concerning schools is the ability not to have to send them, I do not want to wait until 8 or 9 am and be sure to click do not send. This is tiring and get involved with playing and forget to click do not send. I like the way sims 3 in concerning school, I just delete the school and I am fine. I know others like the school, and that is fine, I am not saying do not have schools, just want the right to delete them. Or a permanent way to not have to send them.
