Multiplayer Mode (Pls Support!)
The Sims 4 was planned to be a multi player game and I really wish Paralives would take advantage of the social mmo gamers.
We need Multiplayer.
But optional, and it needs to be made in a way where players cant change your house, or majorly effect YOUR STUFF without giving them permissions, via settings on their profile like a menu. You wouldn’t even see or know it was a multi player game until you clicked your friends list, clicked their name and clicked “Invite to world” to find friends there could be a “find friends” option in the friends list that lets you search player names or account names.Player1>House Permissions>

Co-Owner:
A role for your virtual spouse, or the best friend that helped you come up with the money for the lease!
This permission level allows this player to edit your home. Delete/Add remove items & Paint. Also allowing them to set visitor permissions for ranks below them.
(This would not let them build new rooms or delete rooms just decorate with furniture)Roomate:
A role for your bestfriend, or for Dave to help pay for college.
This role allows people to decorate an assigned room, assign a room by clicking on a door and selecting “Make this ____’s room”
These players can decorate only that room.Visitor:
The default guest role, allowing them to interact with some objects like your tv, or not allow them depending on the setting you selected when you placed the object! (Check true/false allow Visitors to use this object)Please give this post a Heart (maybe upvote idk how this works im new lol) so the devs will see it, feel free to comment your thoughts?

He already confirmed that it will be a purely single player game. Also, I don’t know if you should phrase it as “need,” as we don’t want to stress Alex out

I think it’s a good idea,but probably as a next generation game like the 2,3,4, etc.

I want multiplayer so bad. The Sims is great, but they do not make their game multiplayer. I want it so bad. I wanna sit around with my boyfriend or friends and play with the people we’ve created together, build things together. It would honestly be everything.

Local multiplayer is fine for me, maybe 4 people at a time in one person’s neighborhood. But if you’re talking about a MMO kind of multiplayer, it wouldn’t be very viable – even the Sims had its share of multiplayer spin-offs, and they’ve disappeared into history (most notably The Sims Social)

I think there’d be a reason he said he wouldn’t add it. Personally, I’d much rather a well developed, indepth single-player game than an average multi-player game
