Multi Purpose lots?

Will there be lots that I can build as dual use? as in making a coffee shop but having apartments upstairs and being able to play in both?

Multi purpose lots, is such a great idea. I have always wanted it in other games. This is an essential element for worlds and game play. I really hope the team considers this.

Imagine eating out, catching a movie and shopping all on the same lot.

Would love to have this! And being able to own a business on a multipurpose lot and own a multipurpose lot in general but they don’t act as one whole business (like a laundry mat on first floor and a restaurant upstairs)
