  I have this idea.. originally I thought of para straight-out of PAM would end up right away at a homeless shelter. I have a better idea now- that instead the out-of-PAM Para(s) can either start out at a train station or an airport and be meet by one of the Devs’ Paras (Maggie/Seb/Marvin). Like if it’s a night trip in.. maybe Maggie meets your Para at the airport/train station, or if during the day and before Sebby goes to work maybe he meets the Para? (if it’s the weekend or after school maybe Sebby and his son could meet the Para(s) and Maggie/Sebby/Marvin could help you settle in and get a job, place for them to stay, etc?

  IF we get blind paras at some point if they don’t have a cane yet (or even if they do have a cane) Maggie/Sebby/Marvin could do “sighted guide” for blind paras until they get settled into the town.

  like Maggie/Sebby/Marvin/other Dev adult paras we haven’t seen yet could be part of a settlement organisation for new Paras

  If the settlement services is more then just a tutorial. Then once your own para(s) get settled they can join the services and help other paras (of either your own making or from the gallery) get settled in.
