How healthy is your para? (Tracking paras health and more)
February 15, 2020 at 4:17 amI was thinking what if we could have a chart of a para’s lifetime health. So the graph would start as a child until they become an elder, tracking how their internal health has improved and how the physical health has improved as well. So for example as far as eating habits, if they eat at home and home cooked meals more that are balanced they’ll be in good health. But if they eat out a lot, eat junk food, or order takeout they could be in bad health or have a title saying “could be better” or “health could improve”. Based on the foods they eat, including exercise, etc.
Foods could cause the graph to fluctuate from good to bad and vice versa. It’d also include how many times your para has been sick throughout its lifetime, how many times they’ve been to the doctor as well. With that being said I was thinking what if different foods including takeout and snacks had different levels of nutrition points added to them when eaten by paras, that contributed to their health. So here’s my ideas of what the graph could include:
Food habits and changes
Overall health scaled from good/could use improvement/to bad
Weight: average, obese, healthy, underweight,
How many times been to doctor
Number of times para has been sick
Exponential Graph showing how health from child to elder changedIf Anyone have more ideas of other things it could Include list them below!
