Flexible entailment for legacy lot/land/house? Suggestions
June 12, 2022 at 7:58 pmI’m wonder for legacy gameplay about the possibility of having an entailment on at first the land/lot and then on the cottage/house/ and eventual a mansion/estate. I only say flexible because it would depend on the type of legacy you play- ie for a matriarch legacy it would only go through the women, if you played a patriarch-it only go through the men (ie Pride &Prejudice or Downton Abbey), or there’s equal law which means either inherit it. Or there’s Strict Equal which means the person whom inherits it from the previous person has to the opposite gender-like a grandson can inherit from his mother whom inherited it from her father- the grandson’s grandfather. As well as adopted children as heirs as well or if we get Paranormal after the BG- that there’s Paranormal heirs rules as wellI’m wonder for legacy gameplay about the possibility of having an entailment on at first the land/lot and then on the cottage/house/ and eventual a mansion/estate.
