I’m sure it’s already been suggested but I’m posting to make sure.

I’d love to see Para’s being able to do attachment style parenting.

Baby Wearing with a range of carriers, wraps and slings, both front and back carrying and carrying older toddlers and children too.

Co-sleeping both in next2me cribs as well as bedsharing (see the sleep safe 7 for guidance on safe bedsharing) again from baby all the way throught to children, kids being able to share the bed with parents especially after a bad dream which is common.

Breastfeeding and expressing milk, maybe with the choice of different feeding positions, I’d love to see breastfeeding to at least age 2 (WHO guidance recommended age) but maybe even beyond that depending on how you choose to tackle ages in the game, definitely the baby and toddler life states in Sims

This is representative of my current phase in life and also my favourite kind of gameplay is babies, toddlers and children, a very family oriented play style.

Hopefully it’s not seen as too controversial, I know breastfeeding is in the Sims but everything is blurred, as long as you don’t show nipples I’m sure the act of breastfeeding is no more than a low cut top. I want to help normalise breastfeeding and extended breastfeeding too.

  • I’d be happy if they have the option to breast feed (females only) newborns and have that part blurred out. I like the idea of toddlers/children crawling into the parent’s bed in the middle of the night if they have nightmares or just lonely.

  • It would be great to see different parenting styles represented. These are nice ideas for attachment parenting.
