Apartments
I miss the way you could build your own apartmentbuilding, in sims2. And have several families live on the same lot. I really would like to have something like that again.
And also a sort of storypregression would be nice to have- 😀 -

I love that idea of apartments I think it would add so much fun to the game. Since it is a life simulation game i feel like it would add more realism if we did have apartments. Also if we had non playable roommates. And maybe even have different types of people in your apartment block for example the neighbour who allways plays loud music and has parties!

I would like to be able to visit other paras if we have apartments and neighbors can visit you.
Check out the apartments interior before buying
Check listings for available apartments
Ability to get kicked out if you get too many complaints on another para or active para for various reasons.
Rental term limits; maybe a season could be chosen for how long the term is? then your para would have to move out and find another apartment.
@nadja55 I like the story progression idea! you could see new tenants moving in or out,landlords popping by for rent if its late, time limit to grab vacant apartments before others bought them if they’re in a popular area.

If apartments are going to happen I’d really like each building to have more than 2 or 3 families living in it. I understand that the more stuff in a building the more stuff that has to load, I’m just saying maybe 10 families or so in a building would be nice. You could also use this close proximity to hold events, like everyone could get together to celebrate someone’s birthday, house warming for a new family that moves in, if someone is behind on rent neighbors could chip in to help out, all the kids on an apartment floor could become really close with each other and have hangouts, etc.
