I would like to see everything you mentioned (we are allowed to dream right?). Another hope for me is that we can see the Parafolk in the car while driving and that we can make them interact with each other. For example dad is driving and having a conversation with the kids in the back seat while the kids are playing a game on their tablet. In other games that I have played you cannot control the character while they are driving, and in some games you cannot even see them while in the car.
